Alongside the current innovations in Public Contact such as ChatBots other automation tools are beginning to prove themselves and can be considered on the roadmap for use in the public safety arena. That said there MUST be rigorous testing and proving before any adoption due to the critical nature of many of the conversations that are had by the emergency services in order to maintain the safety of the public.
